Aegis Infinity Group Pty Ltd is a 51% Indigenous-owned and Indigenous-controlled Australian consultancy. The remaining ownership is veteran held. We are registered with Supply Nation, with Certification in progress.

Government buys judgement that must survive review. We built the company around that fact.

We started Aegis Infinity Group because the advisory market serving government has a structural problem: the people who win the work are frequently not the people who do it. Engagements are sold by principals and delivered by a bench, and the depth a client believed they were buying dilutes as it moves down the pyramid.

Our model removes that gap. The people who take your call are the people who deliver. Where a requirement calls for more capacity than our core carries, we surge from a network of cleared senior practitioners we have worked alongside directly — people whose work we can vouch for, rather than a bench assembled to fill a schedule. We would rather decline work than staff it with people we do not know.

Our experience was formed inside Commonwealth accountability structures — gated approval processes, ASDEFCON commercial frameworks, security-accredited delivery environments and the reporting discipline that surrounds public expenditure. We understand what happens to advice after it is given: it is reviewed, audited, and occasionally contested by a party with an interest in finding fault. We write it accordingly.

Scott Percival

Director & Project Lead

A senior project professional with over a decade delivering complex initiatives across Defence and civilian government. Scott's background spans operational Defence service, Defence capability development and complex ICT capability delivery in security-accredited environments.

He has led project functions across submarine operations and the Submarine Capability Branch, owned end-to-end integrated logistics outcomes on LAND 154 Phase 4 as a Defence contractor, and currently manages high-complexity ICT projects in a sensitive whole-of-government context.

Tayla Anderson

Director, Compliance & Governance

Tayla leads contract management, compliance and governance across the company. She is responsible for the control environment that sits behind every engagement: quality assurance, conflict-of-interest management, records discipline and the reporting obligations that attach to government contracts.

That function is deliberately separate from delivery. Keeping assurance of our own work independent of the people producing it is the same discipline we bring to client engagements.

What we hold ourselves to.

Some of this is regulatory. Most of it is simply how we prefer to work.

Indigenous participation
Commonwealth expenditure with us flows to an Indigenous-owned enterprise. We reinvest in the education and professional development of our Indigenous personnel in project management and business administration, and report participation against Indigenous Procurement Policy obligations at each milestone.
Probity
We maintain a standing conflict-of-interest register, screen every engagement against it before work begins, and refer conflicts to the client rather than manage them unilaterally. A documented prohibition on gifts, benefits and hospitality applies to all personnel.
Billing integrity
Fees are claimed only for work completed, delivered and receipted. Invoices are supported by an itemised schedule reconciling each claim to the client's own records.
Information handling
Australian-hosted systems, access limited to demonstrated need to know, and handling of personal information consistent with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). We handle client material at the classification the client applies to it.
Work health & safety
We meet our duties as a person conducting a business or undertaking under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (Cth), and maintain current workers' compensation and public liability insurance.

Conduct
We comply with the Commonwealth Supplier Code of Conduct, monitor our own compliance proactively, and notify clients immediately of any breach.
